Yield: 1 cookie

Ingredients:

Fudgeos or other cream sandwich cookies
Icing
Pretzel Sticks
mini chocolate chips (optional)

Gently twist apart cookies to take the top off. Set top aside.

Snap 4 pretzel sticks in half. Gently press the pretzel sticks (8) into the sides of the cookie.

Take a baggie and fill with room temerature icing. Snip off a corner to leave a tiny hole.

Squeeze out enough icing ontop of the pretzels to hold the cookie top, then press on the cookie.
