Quesadilla Jack O’Lanterns

Looking for a fun snack or quick dinner idea for Halloween Night? This easy recipe is so much fun the kids will make it themselves with only 2 ingredients.

Description:

Baking these quesadillas allows the cheese to melt with no threat of a messy clean up! 

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Tortillas
Brick Cheese (preferably orange)
Optional: Add in beans, shredded leftover meats, sauteed veggies

Carve your Jack O'Lantern's Face into the top tortilla using a plastic knife. 

Shred the cheese, and sprinkle on the bottom tortilla. 

Bake in a 350 oven for 5 minutes – watching to make sure the quesadillas don't burn! 

Optional: Add in veggies, cooked shredded meats or other family favourites to round out this easy & spooky dish!
