momstown Mississauga's bookclub for kids this month read Shhh My Brother's Napping by Ruth Ohi. Our monthly bookclub is sponsored by Scholastic Canada who provides a monthly bookclub selection which one lucky winner gets to take home every month!
As every parent of more than 1 child knows keeping one quiet while the other is napping is no easy feat! There are pots to bang and block towers to be conquered and this story gives us a fun look at the naptime battle for peace.
After story time, the moms and kids made some adorable colourful pasta jewelry. The theme this month at momstown is colour, and so our talented coordinator Kelly dyed pasta in different colours to make some lovely bracelets.
